Any government issued ID works, physical or digital. NSW Digital Driver Licence via the Service NSW app is accepted. If you don’t have valid ID on entry, you’ll be unable to purchase alcoholic beverages.
No. This is a strictly no pass out event. Exiting the venue will invalidate your ticket for the rest of the night.
Yes. Alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase by those of legal drinking age.
The Gig goes ahead rain or shine. In the case of severe weather there may be a brief pause.
The Agricultural Pavilion has a flat floor, accessible parking, and accessible toilets will be on site. There are no steps between the car park and the venue entrance. The path from the car park to the entrance is paved. Outside areas are grass.
Yes. If you hold a valid NSW Companion Card and have purchased a ticket to The Gig, your companion is covered. Get in touch via the form below and we’ll sort it out for you.

The Gig is a family friendly event, but those under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Please note alcohol will be served, and only those with an 18+ wristband and valid ID will be able to purchase it.
We’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges on tickets. In the unlikely case of event cancellation we will review refunds based on the situation at the time.
